Travel Support and VIP Services
We provide top quality personal travel services for VIPs and meeting or conference participants, including preparing itineraries and issuing tickets, both international and domestic. For our Federal clients, we ensure that all travel arrangements and reimbursements comply fully with the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) and individual agency guidelines. Our Travel Group assists travelers with obtaining passports and visas. We are able to provide advance travel funds, along with the spending and reimbursement guidelines of the FTR, and reconcile travel reimbursements for participants. We also offer a variety of reports to track the usage of these services. We support VIP travel by meeting and greeting individuals and groups; coordinating itineraries; arranging for security, transportation, interpretation, or other complementary services; working with the media for interviews and information; attending meetings and taking notes; and making other special arrangements as requested.
