Major Projects
Monitoring and Evaluation of Emergency Plan Progress (MEEPP)
MEEPP assists the U.S. Emergency Plan Team (EPT) in developing and implementing a comprehensive performance management, monitoring, and reporting program, including collection, reporting, and validation of data from HIV/AIDS activities and partners funded under the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (Emergency Plan). The project coordinates with and complements the monitoring and evaluation activities of the EPT's implementing partners. Harmonization and aggregation of data and coordination with the Ugandan government increases all-around effectiveness. By providing the EPT and its partners with a unified picture of HIV/AIDS activities funded by the U.S. Government (USG), MEEPP helps to maximize the impact of USG resources on achieving Emergency Plan goals and targets.
