Social & Scientific Systems helps clients plan meetings and conferences and communicate to their target audiences through publications, exhibits, and other graphic products, Web sites, and multimedia products. We have a strong focus on health care programs and outreach efforts to minorities and underserved communities.

Travel Support and VIP Services
We provide top quality personal travel services for VIPs and meeting or conference participants, including preparing itineraries and issuing tickets, both international and domestic, in compliance with the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) and individual agency guidelines. Our Travel Group assists travelers with obtaining passports and visas. We are able to provide advance travel funds, along with the spending and reimbursement guidelines of the FTR, and reconcile travel reimbursements for its participants. We also offer a variety of reports to track the usage of these services.
Graphic Design and Publications Support
Our editorial and graphics staff analyze client objectives and the target audience to develop a concept design. We then work with the client to establish an integrated look for meeting programs and publicity and other resource materials.
Graphic Design
We create graphic designs for conference logos, association and corporate promotional materials, program booklets, proceedings, posters, fliers, advertisements, banners, and award-winning exhibits. Other services and products include Web site design and graphics, and both interactive and streaming multimedia presentation development.
Editorial Services

Web Site Design and Maintenance
Our experienced Web programmers and designers simplify meeting registration and tracking through integration of an online registration system with a client's existing Web site or development of an entirely new meeting Web site.
