The NIAID Biodefense Proteomics Resource Center
Social & Scientific Systems serves as the central coordinating component of a three-part Administrative Resource Center for the program. In this capacity, we developed and maintain the program's publicly accessible Web site directed toward proteomic researchers. The site also contains a secure private portal for program communications and document sharing. Our staff established and manages a scientific working group for the Biodefense Proteomics Research Program; coordinates the submission and presentation of data generated by the program's seven Proteomics Research Centers; and provides planning and logistical support in the organization and conduct of programmatic meetings.
